TASC helps students and their families identify learning and living skills necessary for college success.

We create an ITP (individualized transition plan) and support each student as he or she transitions from home living and learning to college living and learning.

We work with new college students as well as returning students (who may have not been successful with their first attempt).

The post secondary institutions we work with include: Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo Valley Community College, and Kalamazoo College.

"We make the assumption that high schools are getting students ready for college, and they're not."
-Dr. Gerard Hoefling, Autism Support Program, Drexel University

“Students and adults with disabilities who receive education and training in self-determination have higher academic productivity, better employment outcomes, and better problem-solving skills”
